We welcome dogs to Palm Paradise!

We charge a pet fee of $100 per dog per stay, up to a maximum of 2 dogs. Subject to approval.

Guests must pick up after dogs or may incur a $50 fee. Guests are responsible for any damages made by dogs. Dogs must be crated if left unattended; we understand dogs can have separation anxiety and they must be crated to prevent damage in the property. If possible, please do not leave your dogs unattended for extended periods of time, as we want to be respectful of neighbors when dogs who have separation anxiety are barking. Dogs under one year old are not permitted. Current vaccination records upon request.

You must be at least 25 years of age. 

There is room for four average-sized cars on the driveway, or three larger-sized trucks. Overnight street parking is not permitted.

Yes! Although during the summer months, the Florida sun keeps the pool quite warm. This is usually the case between May to November, and we wouldn’t recommend using the pool heater unless it’s unseasonably cool.

In the cooler months, the pool can be heated to 85 degrees Farenheit for a fee of $100 per day. We require 24 hrs notice to have it ready. The pool is heated with propane and can be turned on remotely at your request.

Without heat, the pool is usually around 71 degrees throughout the winter, depending on how sunny it is.

Guests are not permitted to adjust any pool system settings, as heat can be adjusted remotely upon request. Any manual changes that require an in-person reset by the host, or that incur unapproved use of propane, may incur a fee equal to or greater than the equivalent cost of propane.

We do not have a hot tub, however the pool has a a spillover spa which is usually a few degrees warmer than the pool. The spillover spa connects directly to the pool through a small curtain of water. This water moves directly from the spa into the swimming pool, spilling over a ledge.

RENTAL AGREEMENT – Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement to complete and guarantee a reservation within 48hrs of booking. For last-minute reservations, rental agreement must be signed 24hrs prior to check-in on arrival date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT – There is a security deposit of $350 that will be scheduled upon signing the rental agreement. The security deposit will be held 1 day prior to arrival, and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. PARKING – 4 cars permitted on driveway – street parking not available.

SMOKING – Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors – especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will need to charge $350 for remediation services.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS – Guests agree that no more than the number of people stated on the contract shall be allowed to stay overnight on the premises. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card.

HOUSE PARTIES NOT PERMITTED – Decibel meters are in use and disturbances will result in removal and an additional $350 deep cleaning fee.

SWIMMING POOL – Guests acknowledge use of the swimming pool is at the Guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests must practice reasonable caution when using the swimming pool. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool, equipment, or surrounding area, and charged for the correction of the problem.

QUIET HOURS – Although this is a vacation destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am noise should be kept to a minimum. Guests who cause noise complaints will be removed by management, security, or law enforcement without a refund.

RESERVATIONS FOR 30+ DAYS – We are happy to accommodate stays of 30 days or longer. Please contact for further information prior to booking.

97% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival. For any changes or cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be made. Any cancellations within 14 days before arrival will result in a full 100% charge for rent, taxes, and fees.
